Just poppin' in to say hello. Life is hectic but will update tonight. MWAH

I have some kind of adware thing going on. Many pop ups with nekkid titties. Jeeebus! I don't know what to do to get rid of all of it. Evidently the Norton isn't working. SHIT! I'm worried that we are going to end up like a friend of ours, with pop ups so MASSIVE that you can't do anything on your computer. Anyone got any suggestions?

I am so thrilled that I don't have to work tomorrow. That's sad. I keep wondering if I should look for something elsewhere. I hate to start all over. Most days I like what I'm doing. It's my almost 68yo supervisor that needs to get on with it. Supposedly she was going to retire when she got the last girl squared away. But she quit and along came me. I think J's afraid to let go. Even though her husband is retired and now ill. She has talked about going to half days. Even that would be better than now. Our space is too small and the little things are starting to make skin crawl. She sucks her teeth all day long and she SLURPS the hell out of ANYTHING she's drinking. I've also been told the last girl quit because J would never completely train her. She just kind of dragged things out. Some days I think it pisses her off when I do just fine without her. I am trying to hang in there because I truly beleive that when she retires, it will all be very good. Pray for retirement.

Mick leaves for North Dakota tomorrow or the next day. I have spent so much time sleeping alone this year, it's not even funny. I'm almost accustomed to it again. At least he's doing everything he can to support this family. He keeps going on about "Christmas this and Christmas that" Ah hell, all that matters to me is that we can pay the mortgage(the other little thing that keeps me working). I may actually host the family Thanksgiving this year. MAYBE! Tell me that I've lost my mind.

Okay, this was scattered mess. But I love you all and I'm trying to be present.

One last thing: [info]mamaflavored when is the best time to plant roses? Thank you very much gardening Yoda.

Lee, thanks so much. I'm glad that it was slow and stretched out! I was so thrilled to get the package yesterday. It was a great close to a harried week. Damn! That candy is spicy. Now, I've just got to keep the girl out of the calligraphy stuff (which I sooooo love). You have been an outstanding faery!

I bought this http://fashionbug.charmingshoppes.com/Shopping/product.aspx?product_id=FP003559&nav=FP in the coral color and have no idea what shoes to wear with it. Any suggestions? I found some sandals that have some little studs on the that are the same as the buttons. But I don't know if they might be too casual. Suggestions?

The frames are perfect. Just what I need for the two pictures that are taped to my monitor at work. And that candy. I am waiting until the twin terrors go to bed before I even take the shrink wrap off of the package and then I'll hide them.

Faery Love
I'm pretty easy to please. I like:

milk or dark chocolate (especially with nuts)
I crochet and sew
I like to do crafty things
I love music (all kinds)
reading (feed my mind)
I love to write -pens, pencils, markers and the paper/journals, stationery to go with it
nail polish, the darker the red the better
smell good (for the body or the home)
I drink coffee and tea
I like makeup (cheap to expensive) as long as it's not AVON (it kills my skin/eyes)
earrings
little picture frames
all kinds of flowers
I just love to get mail. I'm like a little kid, "is there anything for me?" type of girl.

Dislikes:
Hmmm, I cannot think of anything off of the top of my head. I'll get back
to you.

edited to add: I don't do lipgloss

I have been downloading music to make a "love song" disc. Please list your favorites. They don't have to be slow and sappy. In fact they can be loud and hard core if you like.

I don't feel 36 in my mind. Maybe that's why I have to stop and think about it before I remember exactly. It's strange. The other day it took me forever to remember how old I was when I had the hysterectomy or actually how many years had gone by. Today the years are presenting themselves. My 15 year old niece left her cds in Elijah's bag so I was perusing to see what I might burn. I found DuranDuran's Greatest Hits. I was a complete Duranie when I was a freshman/sophomore in high school. In fact, I don't even own a DuranDuran cd. Everything I have is vinyl. Feh, vinyl. How's that for aging oneself. So I am sitting here listening to specific songs. Traveling through time. Remembering the very not Sixteen Candles/Breakfast Club years. As if someone like Jake Ryan could really have existed. Not in my small town. Actually you would have been more apt to find something more along the lines of Judd Nelson's character in The Breakfast Club. In fact, I think I may have dated our local version. If only I knew then... Someone just wrote about what they would tell their 18yo self if they could. I wish I could tell my 16yo self some things.

Let's change spectrums okay? The little sister had begun taking tenuate. So type of amphetamine-like diet pill. Along with this, she is taking Aldactone and her Metformin again. Friday night she slept from 10pm to 1am and then was up until 5am, slept 'til 9am and was raring to go. This sickness runs rampant in my family. She is so worried about being a size six on her wedding day. I guess it's okay for her to take diet pills since she was never strung out on crank. I will confess that year before last I did try Meridia for a couple of months but it gave me the angry jitters as if I had done "bitch dope" and I quit taking it. The thought of trying something different crosses my mind alot. Especially lately with the whole bridesmaid thing. I'm working on it. Trying to be positive. It will get better.

Just got the cd and I'm listening right now, as I write. And I keep thinking, how can a bunch of women that have discovered (for the most part) online, be so in tune with one another? Music is such a huge part of my existence and to have someone else be able to send me such beautiful music to me, means so much. Thank you again

1. where would you like to be right now?
Laying on a massage table having someone rub away all the tensions.

2. what did you dream last night? if you don't remember, or even if you just want to share, what was your best, most favorite or memorable dream you ever had?
I'm having nightmares about the wedding already. I've read so much true crime in my life that I have these thoughts about this guy, from another state. You know? Is he an axe murderer? A wife beater? Will she get to Wisconsin only to be starved and abused and possibly become pregnant. Yes, I am a freak

3. what do you smell like, i mean really, and if you want, lets talk about grooming!

My current perfume is Beyond Paradise by Estee Lauder. I always used to smell like pleasures. If you catch me in the am, after the gym, I'm a very salty, pungent, hard workout smell. But mostly I just smell like soap and No More Tangles
